New Orleans East will host its 5th Annual Jingle On The Boulevard parade. This community event will delight attendees as they celebrate the merriment of the season.
The parade will feature Santa Claus, a variety of holiday characters, some of the city’s best marching units with signature souvenir throws, and surprise celebrity guest appearances!
